DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
 
Yes! We do ship worldwide. We use Emirates Post for orders outside the UAE,  Once your order has been processed and your payment has been authorized and verified, the item(s) will be sent your way.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY OWN FABRIC?
 
We do accept customers fabrics for customizations and embroidery.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
 
You will receive orders in the UAE within 3-7 business days for standard delivery,  and up to 9 business days elsewhere in GCC.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

At Ggerza, we offer a 100% unique hand-embroidered pieces for you, and no two pieces would have the exact same embroidery detailing. We craft and package every piece with much care and love, so your order should arrive in perfect condition. As such, we don’t accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or a problem arises at the moment of receiving your order, please contact us by sending us an email to gerzafamily@gmail.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

HOW CAN I WASH MY MUKHAWAR?

Cotton: Use cold water to wash your Mukhawar. We recommend you turn your Mukhawar inside out before hand washing it very gently. Avoid machine washing and dry cleaning, and leave the t-shirts to dry naturally.

Silk: Dry clean only.

DO YOU TAILOR BASED ON STANDARD SIZE?
We do have tailoring options such as standard size, free-size or customized size.

HOW CAN I GIVE YOU MY ACCURATE SIZE?
By purchasing any product online, you'll be given two options. If you select, (Tailored to my size), then continue to checkout, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to double check and confirm the size with you.
