CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

At Ggerza, we offer a 100% unique hand-embroidered pieces for you, and no two pieces would have the exact same embroidery detailing. We craft and package every piece with much care and love, so your order should arrive in perfect condition. As such, we don’t accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. HOW CAN I WASH MY MUKHAWAR?

Cotton: Use cold water to wash your Mukhawar. We recommend you turn your Mukhawar inside out before hand washing it very gently. Avoid machine washing and dry cleaning, and leave the t-shirts to dry naturally.

Silk: Dry clean only.
